Overall Rating: 3.5/5

Pros: It's a mountain. Beats any MN ski area. Some nice shorter blue/black runs/bowls such as the Mount Standish Express.

Cons: Low base elevation means you only ski the upper third. Not a lot of expert or higher terrain. Big portions of mountain not open due to lack of snow. Weird layout and challenging to get to different areas of the resort. Not easy to get back to the car to exchange skis etc. Big lack of tree skiing options.

Comments: Being the first day on skis this year, I didn't care too much about the quality of the terrain. I was just happy to ski. That said, half of the blacks weren't open and about half of what was open was not safely ski-able due to coverage. I would love to give this mountain another shot with a better snow base.

*These reviews may be biased based on snow conditions and days skiing but I will try to be as fair as possible.
